*Role and Responsibilities*
* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive applicant experience regardless of whether the applicant joins the organization.
* Review and analyze resumes using an in-house applicant tracking system and external resources including Indeed and LinkedIn.
* Scour job search websites, utilize social media and other creative sourcing resources to aggressively target top active and passive talent throughout the industry.
* Present the company as the “employer of choice” by assisting with job requisitions, creating compelling, meaningful, and intelligent job postings.
* Conduct pre-screening interviews when needed and delegate further interviews to the appropriate managers.
* Build and maintain effective business relationships with Hiring Managers.
* Assist with planning, organization, and implementation of recruitment events i.e., college and industry career fairs.
* Complete all pre-hire paperwork with candidates to start onboarding process.
* Assist with introduction of new hires to the company through onboarding and orientation.
* Assist Human Resources as needed with various administrative tasks.
*Minimum Qualifications: *
* Associate degree in human resources, communications, business or another related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or human resources with recruiting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any applicant tracking system.
* Fluently speak, read and write in both Spanish and English.
* 2 years of client interaction or customer service experience.
* Experience sourcing passive candidates, searching resume databases and using a multi-channel approach to recruit.
*Preferred Qualifications: *
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business or another related field.
* Experience recruiting in the accounting and finance industry.
* Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills- verbal and written.
* Flexible and comfortable dealing with variable workload, frequently dealing with several ongoing matters, at the same time.
* Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time and multiple priorities as well as be self-directed within a team setting.
* Efficiently and effectively work under pressure.

*WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT: *
Office based. Transportation back/forth to local banks and post office may be required. Ability to work-from-home available upon request.

An attractive compensation package is available and will be based upon the successful candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability for the position.
