The Role:
Torticity is expanding! We’re adding a Corporate Recruiter to our People Operations Team to assist our Executive Director, Talent with day-to-day recruiting efforts as we continue to grow. You’ll function as the right hand to our Executive Director, Talent and have recruiting responsibilities for specific roles within the organization. If you’re naturally inquisitive with outstanding communication skills, the drive to source and identify talent while working in a dynamic corporate culture and a genuine passion for recruiting we’d love to meet you!
*Please note this role is hybrid working in our Boca Raton office location three days per week and remotely two days per week.*
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day recruiting for specific roles as assigned
• Posting job descriptions and managing them on our ATS and various job boards
• Scheduling and tracking recruit calls
• Keeping detailed notes for each recruit call
• Provide recruiting and candidate screening assistance to our Executive Director, Talent
• Serve as a backup to our Executive Director, Talent when necessary
• Engage with hiring managers when necessary for a complete understanding of their staffing needs
• Provide support and collaborate with other members of our People Operations team
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports when necessary
• Drive the offer process for assigned searches including extending offers verbally, creating official offer letters, closing candidates and keeping detailed records of all extended offers
Experience:
• At least 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• Proficiency in successfully using job boards to post job descriptions and screen applicants specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.com
• The ability to identify and close the most talented applicants for each search
• Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office and using applicant tracking systems
• Ability to professionally and enthusiastically present and represent Torticity to all applicants
• Experience tracking details for various searches and communicating progress, concerns and outcomes with members of People Operations and hiring managers
• Demonstrates an innovative and successful approach to recruiting and sourcing
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Previous experience with a start-up, tech company or legal service provider is preferred
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work diligently with a strong sense of urgency
