* Set direction for PPC and display campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
* Work with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop strategies and tactics for acquisition.
* Manage the creation and optimizations of PPC and display campaigns across Google and Microsoft and work with our reseller/advertising partner to manage creation of campaigns across Amazon.
* Manage the execution of all PPC campaigns across multiple engines and ensure program specific ROI goals are being met, including customer acquisition and retention goals.
* Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
* Manage budget and daily process to ensure spending levels are on pace and make shifts according to results to drive demand, ROAS, and new customer acquisition.
* Research and test effective keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy to catalyze traffic and sales velocity.
* Research and analyze competitor activity to expand search coverage and improve conquesting campaign outcomes.
* Stay up to date on the world of Amazon PPC and Google PPC and all PPC and come to the table with new, innovative strategies to keep up with the market.
* Compile monthly PPC performance report using data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and our Amazon ads insights tool; identifying top performing ads as well as opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.
* Identify relevant PPC advertising A/B tests as well as oversee the implementation, tracking, and reporting of results.
* Manage all ancillary accounts and tools associated with the Google Ads account including product feed management in Google Merchant Center.
* Maintain alignment with promotion calendar ensuring that ad copy and spend is consistent with company goals.
* Act as a thought leader and company resource for paid search and display marketing best practices.
* Promote the Company’s Mission and Values, including an accountable, innovative, and results-oriented culture that promotes customer service, openness, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect.
* Seek formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations and goals, behaviors, and leadership potential.
* Actively participate in required training, development programs, and electives as suits one’s needs, and support colleagues, trainers, and management as appropriate with these efforts
*What You Need: *
* 4-year bachelor’s degree required.
* 4+ years’ PPC experience.
* Possess knowledge of the computers and software required to accomplish the Responsibilities of the job.
* Experience with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping and Google Display Network required.
* Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
* Google Ads certified.
