Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation Looking for Line Cook at Medora, North Dakota Full Time

TRMF is searching for a Line Cook to be a member of the foodservice team and will have the primary responsibility to perform routine tasks necessary to prepare cold items, salads, and ingredients for more complex dishes as well as cook meals during meal service hours.

• Cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to instructions
• Prepares meat, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Arranges prepared food on serving trays or in designated areas for retrieval by serving staff
• Follow the menu and maintains high food quality standards
• Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage and monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains the cleanliness of work areas
