You will source talent who will build web and mobile apps for industry leaders and disruptors. Your role will be key to our company’s growth and supporting the recruitment of many new Theodoers.

We help you grow into a Head of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
We want you to grow with us and invest heavily in your professional growth from day one. If you are interested in entrepreneurialism, building great products, and strong relationships, this could be the place for you. After a successful initial period as recruiter, this role will naturally evolve to a Head of Talent Acquisition role. You will grow and lead your team as Theodo’s recruitment needs evolve.
About Theodo:
We are part of the M33 start-up studio that so far has founded 8 companies with specialties in Web/Mobile, Data Science & Computer Vision, DevOps and FinTech. All of these are headed up by Theodoers, who received the funding and support to grow their own start-ups. As we grow in New York we hope to expand the M33 network so are looking for entrepreneurial business leaders to join the team.
We support your path toward becoming the expert in your field and offer a transparent progression track. Every Theodoer has a mentor whose goal is to help you progress as rapidly as possible. You will report to the CEO and you will also become a coach and mentor to more junior Theodoers.

We are a team of 600+, located in NYC (25 people), London (75), and Paris (500):
Established 13 years ago in Paris, in the last 7 years, the global team has grown from 30 to over 600 based on a strong reputation and happy employees.
The role:
Your mission is to contribute to Theodo’s growth by recruiting exceptional, smart software engineers, tech- and business savvy product and delivery managers, to help develop the strategy for growing new business functions. You’ll be in charge of growing the company’s brand recognition as well as our top candidate pool, while representing Theodo’s special company culture. In terms of individual development, your role will evolve into running and managing your own team at Theodo.
What you’ll do:
* Coach candidates throughout their process to ensure they can perform at their best and their experience is fantastic, whether they are hired or not
* Work closely with our recruitment agencies and coach them to ensure they send top-quality candidates steadily
* Build and execute the strategy to ensure that the Theodo employer brand allows us to attract the best talents in the job market
* Ensure that our sources of candidates and a recruitment process allow us to continuously build a diverse team
* Manage sourcing initiatives to find candidates, such as referral campaigns and universities’ job fairs
* Source candidates through direct search, leveraging professional social networks, but also Theodo and Theodoers’ networks
* Own all recruitment KPIs and objectives, and strategize on when to adjust these based on the company’s business objectives
* Be metric-driven, with a problem-solving mindset to ensure we continuously improve our recruitment strategy and execution
* Communicate daily and weekly progress to key stakeholders in the company including CEO, CTO and COO, and the team of interviewers
* Ultimately, manage the team’s finances, this is the largest budget in the company

* We’re offering you a unique opportunity to combine this recruiter role with a Product & Delivery Manger role, taking part in software project teams up to 2.5 days a week.You’ll be working in a software delivery team in a client-facing/advisory role!
* From Day 1 we’ll offer you hands-on training in Scrum and Lean, so you can coach our clients and project teams, enabling them to build and deliver products at pace.
Last, but not least: As mentioned above, this role is the first step to becoming Theodo’s Talent Acquisition Manager and leading a team of recruiters in 12-24 months.
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 1-3 years of professional experience
* Demonstrable experience of pushing projects through from start to finish while being an excellent, collaborative team player
* Demonstrable experience with metric-driven projects and leveraging data to make tactical decisions
* A passion for making meaningful connections, as well as a drive to sell Theodo
* A strong interest in the Tech Industry
* A desire to progress, continuously learn and be challenged
* Location: New York City, Authorized to work in the US*

Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000 + benefits, depending on the profile and experience.
