As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting two Managing Directors, orchestrating a seamless integration of their professional and personal agendas. Your keen understanding of the firm’s strategic directives, coupled with an adept management of time, correspondence, and resources, will be instrumental in propelling the firm towards its overarching objectives.

Responsibilities:
· Be physically present at the New York City offices during their office hours.
· Manage their schedules and daily priorities, ensuring preparedness for meetings through provision of requisite materials and coordination with pertinent individuals.
· Foster communication channels with the executive team, ensuring a symbiotic understanding and coordination on scheduling.
· Engage in daily/weekly calendar reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely responses to pressing matters.
· Spearhead correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling and other pertinent matters.
· Meticulously manage travel itineraries, logistical arrangements, and property-related matters, ensuring a seamless execution of the Managing Directors’ agendas.
· Maintain a real-time dashboard tracking deliverables and action items, ensuring accountability and progress towards set objectives.
· Exemplify professionalism and discretion, especially considering the confidential nature of the business engagements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· 5-10 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within private equity, investment management, investment banking or reputable professional service firm or law firm.
· Outstanding team player with a penchant for taking initiative and assuming ownership of responsibilities.
· Exceptional ability to collaborate with other Executive and Administrative Assistants.
· Service-oriented approach with a genuine empathy and excellent listening skills.
· Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
· Superior interpersonal skills with a diplomatic touch.
· Unquestionable integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in execution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The compensation package is designed to commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000, subject to the experience, qualifications, and relevant skill sets of the candidate. The base salary is complemented by a generous bonus plan.
