Job Summary/Objective:
Researches, develops, and implements effective talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Ensures hiring goals are met with best possible talent.
Essential Job Functions
· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
· Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
· Trains management on effective hiring and interviewing methods and techniques.
· Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
· Creates offer letters and recruiting reports.
· Conducts new employee onboarding, ensuring a positive new hire experience
· Along with Human Resources management, develops talent assessment tools to aid in hiring.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
· Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

This role has no supervisory duties assigned.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Willing and able to travel occasionally based on recruiting needs.
Required Education and Experience
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or other related area.
. Five years of experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred.
. Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Online/Social Media recruiting
. Must be a self-starter who understands what needs to be done and figures out how to complete the mission at hand.
. Familiarity with healthcare recruiting is helpful.
. Proven ability to “sell” the organization’s growth and value proposition.
