PropTech Sales Experience Required.
Scope of We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Director, Growth & Sales to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of this senior director position will include owning and executing brokerage relationships and sales strategies in aligning our product with client needs. You will play a key role in optimizing the sales strategy, deal execution, and will own the business development and relationship management.
To be successful as a Senior Director of Sales & Growth, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ideally you will have experience in real estate technology sales, property management platforms, and have in-depth knowledge across SaaS technology. Working to identify, cultivate, structure and close large enterprise deals with brokerages, you will play a significant role in achieving growth/sales goals and revenue targets. The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will play a key role in continuing to expand our presence in North America.

Compensation: The base pay for this role is commensurate on experience/education. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role consists of variable compensation, including commission and bonus, including a full total rewards package. Base pay is based on market location.
Work Conditions: This position will perform duties under normal office working conditions, including the prolonged use of a computer, office equipment, and working in close proximity to others. Essential physical requirements may include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25lbs.
