*JOB SUMMARY: *
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will provide leadership and direction to the Global Talent Acquisition function. The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition of the US and EMEA Regions. The range of services includes selection, negotiation, and finalization of the contracts with the candidates in addition to other personnel-related support. With the knowledge of the best and updated recruitment and leadership practices, the Manager – Talent Acquisition will continuously develop the process and choose the people that will best fit the need.
*MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Manages all US & EMEA hiring needs by planning, developing, and executing recruitment strategies and plans
* Equips team with the market’s best practices in Talent Acquisition and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
* Plans and organizes departmental budget relating to Talent Acquisition activities and creates cost-efficient plans
* Manages business relationships with recruitment linkages (schools, training centers, etc), onsite and offsite
* Reviews Talent Acquisition software and suggests the best option for company needs
* Keeps track of recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and hiring timeline
* Manages the company’s compliance in Data Privacy with respect to storing, access, and destruction of the applicants’ data
* Build new candidate pipelines using creative recruiting ideas
* Implement traditional and non-traditional recruiting strategies
* Share best practices, industry, and market intelligence data with recruiters and hiring teams
* Provide talent and market trends, threats, and opportunities to be used for strategic business planning and be capable of networking and managing recruitment vendors
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any trade equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of experience Minimum of 5 years US BPO Experience in Hiring as an end to end Talent Acquisition Manager from Sourcing to Recruitment Operations
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team under Talent Acquisition
* Being Based in Dallas, Texas, or US Resident who is willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas is a hard requirement
* Hiring experience in other GEOs is a plus
* Problem-solving and providing best practices for process improvement would be a big advantage
* Experience in auditing processes, assessing trends, creating reports, and telling the story with data
* Experience in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics on quality and productivity
* Excellent Business Acumen and Ethical Practice
