The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the hiring process working collaboratively with hiring leaders. The position includes sourcing and screening top candidates, maintaining highly effective relationships and communication avenues with candidates, hiring leaders and other team members within the People, Culture and Learning Department. The person in this role will: Research, develop, refine and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization; Coordinate all phases of the hiring process for applicants and hiring leaders, working within the Applicant Tracking System and using other tools; Facilitate all phases or recruitment and hiring process through candidate lifecycle with a focus on rapid hiring of top candidates; Implement best practices for equitable and diversity-focused talent acquisition; Train, consult and advise hiring leaders on process and guidelines.
