Recruiting will be the primary role for this position (approximately 85% to 90%).
*Key Duties/Responsibilities: *
* Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding for all Corporate level employees
* Ownership of onboarding process prior to 1st day of employment; audit the E-verify process as needed.
* Work with hiring managers to lead, manage, and update progress for recruitment efforts for domestic and international positions
* Responsible for sourcing and s screening of high priority positions in the field for restaurants above team member levels in coordination with Human Resources Zone Directors and Market Leaders.
* Design and establish staffing, selection and inclusion strategy
* Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool
* Develop recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning
* Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
* Lead staffing and selection systems owning the process from end to end at the RSC including reporting and coordination with hiring managers.
* Maintain internal job board and Team Church’s Careers page
* Oversee the internal transfers, promotions, and terminations process in Work Day
* Provide corporate Work Day operations support as needed
* Ensure policies, practices and processes are executed and in full compliance with both local and Company regulatory standards
* Maintain up-to-date staffing report, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications
* Monitor job postings for best practice and work to educate and share best practices with all hiring managers.
* Enhance organization programs, employee relations, turnover, unemployment, policies, job descriptions
* Own the review and updating of job descriptions every two years across the organization and for every open role.
* Actively promote and conduct direct sourcing to build our employer brand and reduce agency costs
* Ensure a high standard of candidate care is maintained during the sourcing and on boarding of candidates and potential candidates at all times.
* Actively source talented candidates that fit with the Church’s culture and values, promote diversity in the workplace and continuously lift capability in the company.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, job boards or networking events and other sourcing methods for hard to fill jobs and build our employer brand.
* Ensure all processes and recruitment decisions are aligned to recruitment policies and procedures, compensation and benefits guidelines and other company policies and procedures.
* Define Recruiting KPI’s in preparation of creating and presenting KPI reports
* Plan and promote employee referral programs
* Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and develop solutions. Surface issues outside of individual control.
* Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team if staffed with junior recruiters. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
· Provide oversight and direction to direct reports in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular employee meetings to discuss performance, coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planningand opportunities.
* Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobsand goals. Delegate responsibilityand expect accountability and regular feedback and performance reviews to direct reports.
*Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience)*
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline with minimum 5-7 years of direct recruitment experience required.
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and On-Boarding a plus
• Must be a self-starter who does not require constant supervision
• Proven record of accomplishment of sourcing and placing top talent, building pipelines and effectively developing relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience in managing large volume recruitment with a high attention to candidate care, attention to detail and quality of work.
• Able to work with, quickly build rapport and influence people at all levels across the organization and in the field.
• Internal recruitment experience within a corporate/matrix organization.
• Restaurant or retail industry experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral based recruitment techniques and psychometric testing tools.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Provide sound judgement, both on day-to-day and long-term issues, that aligns to the needs and values of the business and is compliant to legal requirements (e.g. diversity, discrimination, advertising standards, etc.)
This position requires some travel. Up to 10% as needed.

Pay: $79,000.00 – $99,500.00 per year
