Description

• Position will focus on national retail operations.
• Drives sales revenue to meet and exceed company projections.
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the retail stores.
• Manage overall retail operations.
• Oversee the financial budgeting including profit and loss management and labor cost management.
• Facilitate all new store openings.
• Creates and implements standard operating procedures (SOP), internal processes, and compliance training for a multi-state cannabis operator.
• Reviews daily metrics and reporting for all national facilities and ensures urgent corrective action to remedy all issues and deficiencies identified.
• Facilitate the operational flow across departments, ensuring lean and efficient operations.
• Partners with Supply Chain to evaluate inventory management procedures to ensure product is managed on a first-in first-out basis.
• Partners with all stakeholders, members, and employees to create an attractive and safe environment.
• Lead and assist in developing audit procedures, enforce proper tracking & reporting activity.
• Works with National and Regional Facilities team to ensure delivery of all internal standards for facility maintenance management.
• Ensure company retail software systems are properly used and audited.
• Create reporting deck which summarize operational performance and supports decision making.
• Enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Auditing training files for all team members.
• Partners with Construction and Facilities in all capital improvement projects as needed.
• Ensure all vendor contracts are properly reviewed, negotiated, and executed according to standards and, when necessary, flagged to the executive team.
• Provides guidance and recommendations for talent acquisition.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure all marketing needs are met.
• Communicate with legal counsel, compliance, and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Communicate regularly with Area Managers to ensure efficient operations and improved sales results.
• Other miscellaneous assigned projects and responsibilities as directed by the Director of State Operations.
