Description
We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate to join our Human Resources team in Cluj as an HR Business Partner on an associate level role. The role is essential in encouraging the right culture in Cluj Business Center, providing internal support to our business functions, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
What You Will Be Doing:
The overall purpose of this role is to perform a variety of Human Resources (HR) activities across all areas of assigned responsibility. To support business groups on day-to-day HR activities, policies, programs, and projects, partner with local and remote leaders to support the employee experience through excellence in all stages of employees’ lifecycle:
