The Human Resources Director (Human Resources Business Partner) will support and partner with our global commercial teams to create a positive employee experience and lasting employee engagement. The successful HRBP will act as a change agent in support of key business strategies, creating alignment across our global enterprise to include the U.S. and Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position will be a member of the HR Leadership team driving and executing HR strategies.
