CTL seeks an Assistant Director, Graduate Teaching Programs for a position associated with Stanford’s
membership in the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL), which is committed to advancing the teaching of
STEM disciplines in higher education, as well as general equity-minded pedagogical support for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Graduate Teaching Programs in CTL, work closely with the CIRTL advisory board,
guide and mentor student staff, and collaborate with campus colleagues in schools, departments, and other units. You will play a crucial
role in designing, implementing, administering, and evaluating teaching and learning-focused programming such as Teaching Assistant
Orientations, Graduate Course Design Institutes, and local learning communities, and shape the future of pedagogy in higher education.

The expected pay range for this position is $68,000 to $99,000 per annum. Stanford
University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay
offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the
position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external
market pay for comparable jobs.
