Operations Administrator
Are you a savvy Operations professional that enjoys wearing many hats and being involved in different aspects of business?
StaffBuffalo is looking for an amazing Operations Administrator who is savvy with Accounting, Human Resources, and IT tasks within an organization. This Operations Administrator position is paying $60,000/year – $70,000/year, depending on experience, and offers a casual, family-oriented culture! Our client is an amazing local company that is a family business where there is longevity amongst their employees!
This Operations Administrator will oversee accounting needs including Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, payment of bills, and other accounting needs as necessary. Human Resources tasks will, also, be among the job duties of this Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will handle all new hire paperwork and onboarding, benefits administration, unemployment and workers’ comp claims, and will stay up to date with updates to state and federal policies. The Operations Administrator will, also, process payroll and payroll reports. The IT component of this Operations Administrator’s role will be maintaining computers, printers, and inventory programs. The Operations Administrator will triage to the right person depending on the need.
Excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines must be key attributes of this Operations Administrator. The Operations Administrator must, also, be able to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and clients.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Operations Administration experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Superb teamwork skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
