You can recruit for our roles when you want, full-time or at any time, without micro-management, the need to commute, or the stress of a corporate environment.
If you desire to work independently, we have an opportunity for you.
This is a contract position. You select, engage on jobs, then submit your candidates to open positions. When your candidate gets hired, you earn the payout displayed. Sourceowls is a job marketplace that allows you to earn large payouts when your candidates get hired and meet the guarantee period.
You are paid on successful placements only. This is not an employment opportunity.
Please note that our open client roles are more senior ($70k+ type professionals). It would be best if you were experienced and comfortable recruiting passive candidates with stable job histories. Our most successful recruiters use LinkedIn and their networks as their primary sourcing tool.
Our Program:
We provide you with open roles needing recruiting support that fit your recruiting experience.
You engage with a client, and they then accept your engagement.
You source candidates, do a screening call, and submit them to a SourceOwls job.
The platform keeps you in the loop throughout the candidate’s review and interview process.
Each job you work on has a commission payment associated with it, so you know exactly what you will earn on each placement.
