Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and organized Chef to join our team and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
As the Chef at our lodge, you will be responsible for crafting a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will serve buffet-style meals for groups ranging from 15 to 30 people, create weekly supply and grocery lists based on inventory (which will be flown in weekly), and design a week-long rotating menu that highlights Alaskan seafood, including sustainably harvested halibut and salmon. In addition, you may need to prepare meals that are suitable for on-the-go service as bear viewing excursions depend on the tides.
