We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Sourcing to join our People Team!
What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and upskill our growing team of sourcers (tech and non-tech) by providing performance feedback, career development, and coaching.
Design sourcing philosophy, working with the Director of Talent Enablement to ensure strategic alignments and sourcing support for our recruiting function and build a robust candidate pipeline to help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company.
Develop and roll out candidate tracking and pipelining strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations.
Define and launch our DEI sourcing strategy, methods and success metrics to ensure they align with our DEI Program Manager’s strategy.
Own and expand utilization of Gem CRM to ensure accurate data, consistent usage, and ability to pivot based on business needs.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization.
Partner globally with Recruiting Managers on cohesion across all sourcing and recruiting including accounting for nuances in an international landscape.
Optimize capacity planning / resourcing for sourcing vertical needs which includes managing client relationships, increasing sourcing value and visibility across recruiting and the business, and working cross functionally to continuously identify and promote new sourcing strategies while flexing to market and business needs.
Collaborate with the Analytics team to build reporting dashboards using the results to drive more efficient sourcing solutions; continuing to iterate on processes and improve team effectiveness.
Drive attendance and candidate engagement strategy for recruiting conferences and events.
Identify, develop, and maintain a network and long term relationships with key talent in sourcing verticals.
Instill a culture of positive candidate experience.
Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), high volume recruiting support across all of Snap as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience sourcing for a wide array of technology, business, corporate and/or sales roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions.
Knowledge of diversity strategies, partnerships, and tools in the tech space.
Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders.
A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach.
Experience building analytics dashboards, tracking metrics and applying data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, sourcer bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate.
Success in hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by using a data driven approach.
Proficiency in networking, sourcing, hiring diverse talent in a global marketplace.
A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale.
Skill in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgency.
Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
7+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience focused on specialized and niche technical recruiting or relevant experience.

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone B : The base salary for this position is $166,000 – 238,000 USD Annually
Zone C : The base salary for this position is $149,000 – 213,000 USD Annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
