POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support for the Recruiting Team throughout all stages of the full recruiting cycle and works with the Continuous Improvement Team to manage aspects of Silvus’ quality management system. This position is responsible for recruitment of non-technical roles, and the coordination of scheduling. Additionally, this position will liaise with external recruiting agencies. The TA Specialist reports to the Lead Technical Recruiter.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time in its discretion.
●Screen potential candidates for non-technical roles and lead those recruitment efforts.
●Liaise with external recruiting agencies to screen candidates and assist with filling technical roles.
●Coordinate opportunities to speak with and recruit talent at local colleges and universities.
●Work with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding process including timely completion of all forms, guiding new hires through process, requesting background checks, etc.
●Coordinate phone, onsite, and Zoom interviews, as well as other scheduling efforts.
●Ensure timely feedback from all interviewers is updated in ATS.
●Generate custom reports and data analysis as requested.
●Assist with documentation and logging activities related to human resources or continuous improvement needs, such as applicant tracking, data entry, and follow-ups.
●Complete routine tasks as necessary to support the Human Resources, Recruiting, and Continuous Improvement teams.
●Perform other related duties, as necessary, of which the above are representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
●2-3 year experience in a relatable position.
Skills Required:
Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
●Internet skills including use of emails, group messaging and data collection.
●Organization and planning skills.
●Work management and prioritizing skills.
●Demonstrate critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
●Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, teamwork.
Must be a US Person
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen) due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
$28 – $30 an hourCOMPENSATION: $28-30/hourly
