Description:
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting is a key member of SHINE’s accounting team, owning the Board of Directors, internal and external financial reporting of the Company’s results. In addition, this role and its staff are responsible for supporting new accounting pronouncement implementation and are instrumental in determining the accounting impact and treatment of acquisitions, divestitures, and other non-routine transactions. The role is an integral part of ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of our financial reporting function.

The Company prefers employees to have an on-site presence of 70% or greater and will consider more flexible arrangements for the right candidate. For remote candidates, the Company requires on-site onboarding and on-site collaboration during critical reporting times, typically during quarter and year-end close.
