Description
Oversees the Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Functions for the organization. Ensures employee relations concerns are investigated and addressed in a timely, fair, and legally compliant manner. Monitors trends and provides recommendations to ensure organizational objectives are achieved and incorporates or builds cycles of improvement. Creates policies and initiatives to ensure the human resources and talent acquisition programs follow all legal and organizational rules and guidelines. Helps designs and develop programs to promote employee engagement and retention. Helps coach and counsel employees and/or leaders on issues including but not limited to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination guidelines. Maintains good communication and positive relationship with both employees and leadership.
