Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gerencia de Mercadeo (Marketing Management) position located in Guatemala, Guatemala. As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and drive the company’s overall marketing strategy. They will also analyze market trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition, and work closely with sales to support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a solid background in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and managing a complex team

- Strong understanding of marketing techniques, particularly in digital marketing and social media
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
