Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
Location: Denver, CO (On-site – 865 N. Albion Steet, Denver, CO 80220)
Position Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, and contributing to our continued success. This role will focus on high-volume field positions within retail, cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing, with a primary emphasis on supporting our operations in the current states in which we operate as well as potential expansion. The Talent Acquisition Partner will actively engage with key organizations, host job fairs, and build relationships to drive our candidate pool. Additionally, this position will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives, maintain alignment with staffing needs, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
