JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for:
KEY RESULT AREAS
Ensure complete dedication and ownership of assigned work within the allotted time span
Retention of Clients: Client retention has a direct impact on profitability. He/she is responsible for any attrition of clients due to any performance or behavioral related crisis.
The interest of the internal and/or external stakeholders should be of paramount importance to every team member
External Stakeholders:
Client relations and Expectations: Maintain a positive relationship with the client and ensure the client is satisfied with the work being generated.
Coverage of all promotional events: Responsible for accurately covering all promotional/ special events/occasions/days and suggesting possible collaboration opportunities relevant to the brand.
Internal Stakeholders
Design department: Ensure the clients brief is accurately passed on to the design department to avoid a high percentage of rework on the creative
Coordination with other departments like Tech, Media and Motion Departments on all the Brand requirements from planning till execution and follow up with the team. SEO – update articles on the blog with the relevant tags.
Maintain To-do list and updated on Mail/Google sheet/ Asana
Schbang expects innovation and creative input while following the standard operating procedures for seamless flow of work process
Client briefs: Understand the client’s clear objectives about the brand, the current position and the key issues defining it and what exactly it is that the client requires.
Research: Responsible to carry out in-depth research about the clients brand and competitor brands, including previous campaigns run by the clients brand along with competitor brands. Update with the new trends in the Digital space and make recommendations to the clients.
Copywriting: Basic copywriting for posts for the brand/s assigned.
Strategy and direction: Working in tandem with the Brand Solutions Lead/ Group Brand Solutions Manager to arrive at a digital strategy.
Execution
Reports & The Way Forward:
Legal compliances: Responsible for ensuring all legal and ethical compliances are met. Ensure no laws are breached by posting profane content that could hurt the sensibilities of any individual
Ensure all the images used do not have any copyright infringement.
