As the SVP of E-Commerce you will drive one of the fastest growing and most dynamic channels of our business. You are highly entrepreneurial, thrive on driving revenue and profitablity, and possess a holistic and deep understanding of the elements of a profitable e-commerce business, including driving revenue through multiple ecommerce channels (Email, SMS, Mobile marketing, Search, Social, Connected TV, Affilate and others.) by driving traffic, conversion, site experience, merchandising, content, digital marketing and analytics, client engagement, retention, order fulfillment and logistics, and key technical aspects of website management. You will be charged with continuing to execute on our five year growth plan, and scaling the digital business. The role will actively collaborate with cross-functional partners in Merchandising/Design, Planning, Marketing, and IT to optimize processes and provide insights that will drive sales across all channels of the business.
