Job Function: (Responsibilities include, but not limited to)
- Maintain shipping and routing compliance for major accounts.
- Daily communication with warehouse teams to ensure on time routing, shipping, etc.
- Contact sales reps, assistants, and production teams regarding extensions and shipping updates.
- Manage purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through shipment.
- Ensure all EDI transactions are sent and received by deadline.
- Analyze, review, dispute and/or submit chargeback violations for processing.
- Order required supplies for customer orders such as price tickets, etc.
- Update PO’s, ship windows, remarks, prices, DC locations, etc.
- Review vendor guides to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated to our warehouse
- Process reports for past cancelled orders & work closely with sales team to cancel or extend and communicate updates to the warehouse
- Proactively work with the warehouse to manage the on time shipping of orders
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain accurate counts and communicate any discrepancies to the warehouse, ensuring adjustments are then made
- Review discrepancies and lateness issues with the production team and the sales team.
A successful candidate MUST have fluency in:
- MS Excel
- Routing guides
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience of preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Familiar with different vendor portals
- Experience working with various operational systems
- Proficient in Excel Critical thinker and ability to multi task varying projects at one time
- Ability to work with sense of urgency and efficiency
- Good collaborative skills and positive can do attitude
