Primary role of the Marketing Specialist is to work alongside the VP of marketing and all
corresponding channels to brainstorm, develop, and coordinate strategic plans to execute marketing
campaigns that align with SALT’s vision. You will tap into your creative side to create content for
social media posts, promotional campaigns, community events, and support internal communications
and branding.
Local Center Marketing – working one-on-one with our practice managers you will support our
brands by preparing them for local events and community sponsorships. This may include
research, coordinating collateral, ordering materials, developing best practices guides and
maintaining an archive of programs.
• Social Media – you will work directly with our practices to gather and post social media content
that algins with the brands culture, and current promotions. Additionally, you will be
responsible for developing the social media content calendar for the SALT brand.
• Marketing collateral and promotional products – working alongside the VP of marketing you
will manage a budget, by brand, and order promotional products/items for events. You will
assist in redesigning collateral for our print on demand site and manage material changes and
requests from our brands.
Basic Qualifications: Experience & Skills
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with all company channels including but not
limited to, the executive team, all office staff, and vendors.
• Serve as the liaison between marketing, our offices and graphic design to ensure timely and
accurate delivery of assets.
• Design, post, track, and report on social media campaigns for our brands.
• Manage WebFlow and WordPress websites to add backlinks for community sponsorships.
Requirements
Must be able to work on the fly to accomplish many tasks and or projects provided by the
marketing team. Most importantly, be a part of a fantastic and growing company!
• 1+ year sales/marketing experience (Dentistry is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong skills in project management, event planning, and vendor management
• Strong computer and internet researching skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize and process multiple projects simultaneously, meeting all agreed
deadlines.
• Implement and encourage programs for office/community involvement
Salary Range: $60k-$70k
