The Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University invites applications for Summer Lecturers (Formerly PTLs) teaching positions in the Department of Learning and Teaching during the 2024 Summer Session (May 28, 2024 through August 14, 2024).
Successful applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in a demonstrated specialization and/or content areas (Math, Science, Literacy/English, Social Studies, Technology, Elementary Education, Language Education, Adult and Continuing Education and/or Foundation areas)
Courses will be taught in a range of modalities. Course appointments are in the New Brunswick area, as well as, hybrid/online format.

Minimum Education and Experience
Masters Degree Required.
Doctorate Degree Preferred.
Applicants with other degrees from an accredited institution will be considered. Some prior teaching experience is also preferred.

Statement
Instructors are expected to return required paperwork, attend orientations, submit syllabi, respond to student emails, and submit assessments and final grades as per contract.
