Rogue Valley Manor is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

What you’ll be doing:
As part of this healthcare team, your primary responsibilities will be leading Infection Control initiatives and providing education and mentorship to our amazing, dedicated care team. Additionally the ADON assists with staffing, follow-up on audits, chart reviews and QA program to ensure the highest quality of care is given. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) reports to the Director of Nursing.
About you:
Registered Nurse (RN) license from accredited nursing program, college or university.
One (1) year of leadership experience in long-term care, nursing or a related field.
Organizational skills, communications skills, applicable knowledge of teaching techniques and patient education.
Current and valid CPR and first aid certification. Certification will be required within six (6) months of filling position.
Ability to apply the basic principle of nursing care based on standards of nursing practice and principles of nursing care.
Demonstrate supervisory management, leadership skills, and employee relations.
