*Responsibilities: *
Provide operational and project support to staff to include the following:
* Assist with the candidate interview process.
* Review resumes that come through our website and the job boards.
* Perform specific searches for each recruiting team.
* Call candidates and schedule interviews, send appointment confirmations, and follow up.
* Field candidate calls (those looking to register, reactivate, have questions, etc.)
* Edit/type job descriptions, post and maintain on the job boards.
* Send approved broadcast e-mails, mass mailings, database maintenance, clean-up, updates for the website, social networking, and various communications projects.
* Responsible for data entry onto the ATS.
* Responsible for assisting in all Candidate onboarding
* Provide other various operational support and assist with internal office functions.
* Complete special projects as assigned.

*Experience: *
* Bachelor’s degree or entry-level equivalent experience in customer service, retail, or corporate environment.
* Direct recruiting experience is not required but a big plus.
* Punctual, hard-working, resilient, and reliable A MUST. Willing to work extra time and be rewarded for it!
* Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with a polished, professional presentation.
* Superior communication and phone skills
* Must be able to Multi-task in a very fast-paced, team environment and remain adaptable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media, and the Internet. Must be tech-savvy.
