Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Assistant Director Music Education. This is a full-time, continuing,
tenure-track position.
The music program in the department serves s diverse student body and offers the BA, the BM (performance) and
BM (Music Education), as well as the MMed and MAT. Our music education program is among the strongest in the region and has always been one
of the strengths of the department. The department seeks a colleague to join a faculty that values engagement with students, diversity, and
excellence. We seek candidates whose background, teaching interests, and research or performing agenda will help foster diversity in the
College.
