Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist proficient in PeopleSoft ERP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes through effective implementation and support of our ERP system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient ERP solutions.
– Lead and manage ERP projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
– Utilize strong technical skills to navigate and leverage PeopleSoft ERP, with a focus on Financials and Supply Chain Management modules.
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
– Generate insightful reports and queries to support decision-making processes.
– Document business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.
– Provide expert-level support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
– Maintain and optimize database systems to ensure seamless ERP operation.
– Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities to balance project management, support tasks, and ad-hoc requests.
– Foster clear and effective communication channels across departments and with external stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems).
– 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support, particularly in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management.
– Proficient in query and reporting tools, database systems, and desktop software.
– Resides in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island.
– Passionate about leveraging PeopleSoft ERP to drive operational excellence.
