Role Type: People Manager role, with upto 10 associates across levels reporting in.
Role Summary :
This position is key in managing, governing and administering various training processes impacting trainees as well as trainers. This is a multi-facetted role and manages all aspects of centralized learning shared services. The LSS manager monitors the effectiveness of the training operations; analyze and make recommendations; evaluate, develop and deploy policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Acts as an internal consultant and advisor to leadership regarding training strategies and initiatives. The candidate must possess strong training data management and analysis skills along with excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will need to be well versed with training policies, procedures and should be process oriented. The candidate must have good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI (good to have)
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Customer : COA, MIS, Administration/Facilities, IT, Talent Acquisition, ID Management, Internal India Technical Training Team , North America Training Managers and Leaders

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
Technical Skills :
• Work experience in similar role
• Hands-on experience on preparing dashboards and presentation including data analysis and interpretations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Exposure in the multidisciplinary and global team environment
Experience :
•Minimum 10 years work experience, with at least 6+ years in training function and 4+ years as people manager Behavioral skills / competencies required for this role. E.g. Attention to detail Functional & Behavioral Skills

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Decision making and problem-solving skills
•Self-motivated and self-driven with a knack for continuously upskilling self
