Our client, a womenswear, and accessories design studio, is looking to hire an Administrative Fashion Sales Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, fast learner, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates must also have advanced Excel skills. Job Duties Include:

• Process, check, and amend orders for clients
• Process reorders, returns, and exchanges
• Communicate changes in production and cancellations to clients
• Communicate shipping report or shipping status requests
• Review weekly selling reports and enter/consolidate onto master template
• Respond to client requests for imagery requests
• Assist with market and showroom set-up and prep, scheduling department store clinics, and preparations for in-store clinics
• Assist in market recap meeting preparation and other projects as they arise

Job Qualifications Include:

• Up to two years of experience as an Intern/Assistant in retail or wholesale
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• High Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and work in high paced environment
• Ability to work well within a group/team dynamic
• Strong communication skills
