The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics is responsible for the development of consumer insights and advanced analytics across PVH brands in North America. This is a critical role as data continues to drive more decisions around how our brands understand and communicate with existing customers, plus acquire new customers.
While being an individual contributor, this leader will also oversee the work flow of both on-shore and off-short team members. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong intellectual curiosity, be comfortable devising creative solutions to complex challenges, and capable of conducting rigorous analyses to develop actionable, data-based recommendations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Serve as a data scientist to balance strong research skills with solid statistical knowledge and relevant experience / expertise from industry best practices to support PVH strategy.
Leverage customer data to create powerful insights for business teams, and drive effectiveness of CRM and digital media efforts.
Standardize the approach to customer analytics that can be replicated by others including on- and off-shore team members and analytical consultants.
Enable personalization across all customer touchpoints using emerging data science techniques to build actionable predictive models and strategies.
Oversee the execution of analytical priorities through partnership with TPG team, making sure deadlines and requirements are met and placing a premium on activation and measurable results.
Build repeatable processes that can be followed by others, and automated if appropriate.
Analyze large sets of data to distill key insights that should influence strategic decisions made in key product categories, customer experiences or business channels.
Enable distribution of reporting and results through the business through strong communication and output, and/or scalable visualization.
Be an active contributor to methodology decisions, test & learn strategy, and measurement KPIs.
Partner with the Data Governance team to create and execute data governance throughout the consumer database across all platform.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Six to eight years prior work experience, ideally within the retail or consumer insights space
Education:
BS/BA Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management etc.) or equivalent experience
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to discuss complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data
Expertise with analysis and data science packages such as SQL, R and Python, ability to teach others.
Experience of delivering repeatable analytic products at scale, through visualization packages like Tableau, Domo, Looker, or others.
Ability to influence and partner effectively within a complex organization
Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
Strong analytical abilities, demonstrated critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and resourceful, positive and solution-oriented
Understanding of business financials, ROI and profitability
Team player; ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and team members in a proactive manner
This is a Hybrid role and will require some in-office presence.
