You are the client’s first impression of Pushpay, representing yourself as a passionate, personable and professional individual who will be able to connect our clients to our service. In this role, you make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Pushpay or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus.

Compensation Range: $50k base + $20k+ variable = $70K+ OTE

What You’ll Do
Call Center environment, metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance.
Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify churches and nonprofits.
Must make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers a day.
Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
Rejection is a big part of the role (can be hung up on, told not to call again, calls get blocked, rude tone from prospects).
Have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face engaging their community.
Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help.
Use best-in-class software like Salesforce to build your pipeline.
Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets.
What You’ll Bring
1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.
A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred.
You sound great talking on the phone: courteous, well spoken, and good at asking questions.

Able to connect business needs to solutions.
Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus).
Positivity and resilience with your team and customers.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolong periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
