Inpatient rehabilitation for discharge planning and patient and family advocacy. Responsible for the
delivery of quality, cost effective services in rehabilitation care management. Responsible for
establishing yearly salary and non-salary budgets, establishing and monitoring policies and procedures
and for establishing performance improvement initiatives.
Education: Requires degree in Nursing, Rehabilitation or Social Work. Therapy and a minimum of 5
years department level management experience in an inpatient rehabilitation and sub-acute setting.
Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Licensure: Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse.
Experience: Ten to fifteen years direct related experience.

This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling, and
