Here at Prosites, the Go-To Market (GTM) Analyst works closely to provide reporting and analytics support to all stakeholders on the GTM team. This position plays a crucial role in creating robust reporting, providing data visualization, performing client analysis, conducting internal auditing, and driving access to data. Further, this individual will be a champion of using data proactively to drive growth, and as such will also be a key member of ensuring data hygiene. To accomplish this, a successful hire will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, accuracy, curiosity, competency, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate has experience owning data visualization systems (specifically PowerBI) and is highly proficient with Salesforce and Excel. Knowledge of connecting Excel to Salesforce via Power Query and manipulating object data without pivot tables is one example of regular work activities. General familiarity with reporting from Marketo (with “Bizible” / “Marketo Measure”) and GA4 are strong advantages, along with basic SQL or Python knowledge. Has moderate familiarity with the digital marketing industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with stakeholders to understand and drive their analytical needs, including identifying critical KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders regarding improvements in business performance
Provide regular updates on the progress of initiatives and team performance, with non-exhaustive examples including metrics for executive meetings, board presentations, acquisitions, rep performance management, etc.
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
Maintain databases by acquiring and managing data from primary and secondary sources and auditing for data hygiene.
Qualifications (Required):
Extremely strong Excel skills are required to be successful in this position.
2+ years of experience working analytically with data from Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platforms (NOT Hubspot – Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
2+ year of Power BI experience building drillable, actionable reports and dashboards connected to both static and dynamic sources
Proven track record of analytical skills, data mining, evaluation, analysis and extrapolation, and data visualization.
Ability to work with data both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification is strongly preferred
Experience building comprehensive reporting solutions with SEO data via GA4 is strongly preferred
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin and/or Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience developing in VBA (write macros for automation/creation of reporting), Python, or SQL
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics / Data Science, or mathematics-related fields
Experience with ethical web-scraping
Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:
Prolonged periods of seating

May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
