Associate Candidate Development Manager $60,000 – $65,000 in Boston, MA
Professional Staffing Group is one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms and due to our growth, we are looking to add a key team member.
This position is a great next step for someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of people and helping them consider new job opportunities that they might not have otherwise considered.
This role also provides an opportunity to learn the finer points of talent acquisition as you will be working under the direction of a seasoned high-performing professional.

Associate Candidate Development Manager Responsibilities:
· Help job seekers navigate the labyrinth of modern-day job hunting
· Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level. At all times do right by the candidate
· Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads (i.e., present the right client opportunity to the right candidate)
· Develop, supervise, and motivate remote staff in a way that is fun for all
· Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs
· Provide regular reporting to senior management and presentation to management
Requirements to be an Associate Candidate Development Manager at PSG
· Over 1 year of successful experience in a business role where you built relationships and persuaded people while doing right by them
· Are a “people person” able to empathize with a range of people
· Are excited to learn new skills and are comfortable taking on a wide array of responsibilities
· Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead a team and take an organized and efficient approach towards day-to-day work
· Under 30-minute commute to work from our Boston office (right near South Station)
