Position Summary
The HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be responsible for attracting, assessing, hiring, and developing the best talent in the US. The incumbent in this position will have to strategize different ways to build a talent pipeline, generate referrals, build ad campaigns, participate in career fairs, participate in industry events, and leverage social media for that purpose. This role´s recruiting strategy should be specially focused on finding top-notch sales candidates.
The HR-BP will get the support of the different talent practices (specialties) to provide suit-for-purpose programs or strategies to his/her clients related to learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and org culture, among others.
Your ultimate goal will be to design and execute a strategy to guarantee no gaps in your client´s operation by ensuring to have available talent (recruiting pipelines, people with the right skills, succession plans, and healthy attrition rates).
*This role should be performed remotely – but only for people working from the US.
