The Role
The Sr. Sales Director leads and oversees a team of Regional Directors. The Sr. Sales Director is responsible for driving the strategy and initiatives established by the Congo Brands leadership team. A main priority of the Sr. Sales Director is to partner with regional sales leadership of the newly established East/West segments of the sales organization to lead and execute segment goals.
