Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assignments will include exposure to a wide variety of IT functions: Service Desk, System Administration, Business Analysis, Data Modeling, and various tasks to support department operations.
The individual will:
- Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations.
- Work within specifications provided to meet project goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the IT team in the daily operations.
- Provide first-level contact and support for IT-related issues and service requests, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Help in setting up, maintaining, and upgrading computers, printers, mobile devices, and other office equipment.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects.
- Attend regular departmental meetings.
- Attend training sessions and other appropriate educational opportunities.
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing and documentation for existing processes.
- Take ownership and responsibility for identified projects.
- Participate with peers, project team members and other departments on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Familiarity with Windows environment, office software suites, and basic networking concepts.
- Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
- Critical problem analysis, decision making and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US person.
- Prefer GPA of 2.8 or above.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $21.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
