Job Summary and Qualifications
The Cardiovascular Services Clinical Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for cardiovascular data abstracting, entering, compiling, analyzing, validating and sharing. As such, the CVSCOC must have a clinical background, RN/PA degree, preferably with cardiac critical care experience. The position requires a demonstrated ability to understand computer file management, the ability to accurately compile and present data into meaningful formats/reports for sharing and analysis. As such the CVSCOC must have a good working knowledge of data base and spread sheet computer programs, along with a basic understanding of statistics. In addition the CVSCOC must be self motivated with the ability to work alone, possess a compulsive attention to detail, and demonstrate good organizational skills in order to meet regular reporting target dates.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelors
- 3-5 years of experience
