Pay is 7.25 an hour.
This is an entry level paid position. 1 year experience with Canva, Hubspot, Video Editing and other digital platforms is expected. This position is contractual and has 10-20 hours of work a week. This is an ideal position for someone looking for side income in marketing, or a student looking for their first role.

Blog and Copywriting: This job requires a strong understanding of English for writing blogs, proposals and research. English fluency and a working laptop are a must. Consistent wifi is a must.
Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the company’s email inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding emails to relevant team members, and maintaining timely and professional communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Generate regular reports to share with the marketing team and other stakeholders, including data on website traffic, email campaign performance, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and promoting the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Website Design: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that the company’s website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
Database and Spreadsheet Management: Manage and maintain the company’s customer database and other spreadsheets, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Graphic Design: Create visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and take notes to ensure that all information is recorded accurately and communicated effectively to other team members.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Research:
Assistant Duties: May require other tasks such as assisting with flight research, trips, ordering supplies etc
