Our bi-cultural team (FR and US) is mainly based in ATL, GA, and composed of highly experienced, executive-style leaders with consulting skills in strategic, tactical, and operational transformations.
We have developed a method (SAIL) to guide our clients when we engage to secure their goals’ achievements in an easy fashion.
As we continue expanding our operations and structure our organization, we seek a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a marketing and business development Assistant.
Even though the position is remote, we prefer the candidate to be in the Atlanta area.
This position is a part-time employee for 30 hours a week. and can evolve to be a full-time role depending on the company’s development.
Responsibilities:
MARKETING ACTIVITIES
Social media
· Handle Company social media accounts, posting relevant content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our audience.
· Contribute to our social media presence via continuous improvement and its implementation.
· Respond to initial inquiries and provide basic information about the company.
Note that the candidate will work closely with our marketing agency that handles the website.
Lead generation and campaign:
· Gather contact information and create a database of leads for the team to follow up on.
· Set up and launch email campaigns (we use HubSpot).
· Screen companies that recruit in our area and domains, contact and qualify them, then send available profiles.
· Support research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.
· Update CRM data and status (pre-sale pipeline and marketing boards).
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
Cold outreach:
· Reach out to prospective clients via email or social media to introduce our services, schedule meetings, and nurture relationships.
· Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to promote company products/services and increase brand visibility (monthly plan).
· Update CRM data and status (pre-sale pipeline and marketing boards).
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
· Post job openings on various job boards and screen resumes or applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with our team.
· Ensure signature of contract and legal documents for employees and contractors.
· Onboard employees and contractors (website, email, business card, tools access…).
· Update CRM data and status (recruitment and onboarding boards).
Internal process management:
· Ensure the proper execution of our internal process (steps, tools update, file storage).
· Contribute to our internal processes’ continuous improvement and implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field experience.
· Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, or talent acquisition.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to connect with people and promote services and capabilities.
· Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM tools/software usage.
· Understanding digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) and CRM systems.
· Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
