About The Role
Peek is looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant to provide support to our CEO and Co-Founder, Ruzwana Bashir. The purpose of this position is to provide proactive administrative support in both personal and professional responsibilities, enabling the CEO to focus on the company mission & strategy of Peek. The ideal candidate adapts well to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, demonstrates flexibility as timelines and priorities change, and provides a high degree of attention and responsiveness to the CEO’s daily schedule.
This is a remote-first role, with the expectation to be in person with the CEO 1-2 times a week providing support with calendar and time management, travel coordination, various personal assistant tasks, and other related responsibilities as assigned.
