Hybrid DMVKey ResponsibilitiesOverall ManagementOversee and coordinate external vendors and consultants.Manage the marketing communications budgetMarketing-Driven Sales & EventsCompletely align marketing communication and experience strategies to Civilian and National Security business unit growthManage the efforts of the creative teams to produce content aligned to BU missionsManage industry organization membershipsOversee event calendar and BU member sign-up/attendance to ensure the right visibility and engagement with target clientsManage event sponsorships and related media/public relationsDigital MarketingLead and oversee digital marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant community forums to enhance visibility and engagement.Work with outsourced videographer, creative teams, and clients to plan video shoots and experiential campaignsManage paid social and search strategyBrandCreate and oversee brand development programsCreate and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand imageManage web properties and lead SEO strategies for the company’s websiteHarness customer data to generate demandCX and EXOrganize, manage, and run remote and in-person workshopsEstablish company-wide collaboration methods in practiceAct as a potent catalyst for change within various divisionsWork with the CEO, SVP Delivery, EVP Growth to audit customer lifecycle, designing and delivering more positive experiences.Work with VP Growth People & Culture and Talent Acquisition leadership to audit and support employee onboarding and experience, designing and delivering more positive experiencesWork with the CTO to improve SME collaboration, designing and delivering more positive experiences
