Opportunity Overview
As a Marketing Specialist at PartsBase, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing our email and social media marketing strategies. Working in close partnership with our Creative and Sales teams, you will flawlessly create strategies and content to win in the marketplace and overall customer journey.
Marketing:
· Understand the needs of our customers, and formulate effective retention marketing strategies
· Develop a deep understanding of our personas, products, and buyer’s journey
· Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
· Perform research to establish a strong understanding of client’s business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive their success
· Partner and influence cross-functional teams to craft compelling prospect/customer experiences
· Develop sales enablement tools
Social Media:
· Plan content and create campaigns for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and various other platforms
· Coordinate with the creative design team
· Report on analytics and make strategic suggestions
· Champion our social media ambassador program and develop resources to assist the sales and talent acquisition teams
Email:
· Create email marketing campaigns across our multiple brands
· Develop automated and/or templated email campaigns that align with the customer journey
