Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Partner with client to determine staffing needs
* Screen applicants/candidates
* Perform in-person/zoom and phone interviews with candidates
* Perform background checks and drug screens
* Provide hiring recommendations to Branch Manager
* Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
* Communicate policies and procedures as well as a benefits overview during screening process
* Stay informed on policies, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
*Preferred Skills and Abilities*
* Ability to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to work hard for our clients
* Skilled with social media management (Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram)
*
* Source candidates from various recruitment avenues including internal talent, social media, recruit from competitors, LinkedIn, Indeed Resume Search, networking, employee referrals etc.
* *What we need from you*
* Do you have at least 1-2 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Come from an agency environment.
* excellent customer service skills and focus.
* know how to handle multiple, competing priorities and demanding hiring managers.
* adaptable to an ever-changing environment and can navigate easily with limited information.
* background in the manufacturing space, blue collar jobs, and rural communities.
* excellent people skills and communication skills.
* You are positive and motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
